We have been in service to the community 2006 and are well versed in handling large orders, as well as purchase order systems. We are a registered supplier for the Government of Canada as well as many organizations and educational institutions, band offices, friendship centres and health centres from coast to coast and beyond. Over the years we have worked hard to gain an excellent reputation for fast, reliable service and top notch quality products.
We love CUSTOM ORDERS and are also happy to hunt down items that we don't regularly carry, so please don't be shy about asking! We are honoured and happy to be of service.
SENDING GROUP GIFTS OR HAVING A WORKSHOP?
During the pandemic, many schools and organizations made good use of our well organized shipping services, including our new custom LETTERMAIL OPTION ($5 shipping to anywhere in Canada for small parcels) to have us ship items directly to their students, workshop participants, and their client's appreciation gifts. This non-tracked, non-insured service option can ship small items, such as Sweetgrass stubbies, Pipelighters, t-shirts (up to XL), greeting cards, DVD's (up to 2 at a time), some books, cloth and leather pouches, leather medicine bag kits, cloth masks, journals, colouring books, notebooks, ribbons, and magnets, and anything else that does not exceed a combined weight of 500g and combined dimensions of 38 x 27 x 2 cm (15 x 10.5 x 3/4").
REGARDING TAX EXEMPTIONS: If you are purchasing on behalf of an organization, you cannot use your personal Band Card for tax exemption. If your organization is on reserve or is a nonprofit or charity, and you qualify for tax exemption, please contact us at service@tltp.ca to process your application. If your organization is operating on reserve, we require a letter from your Band Office confirming the organization's exemption status.
