Account/Semah/Band Card
Please carefully read this entire page before clicking any links.
To register your Status Card for tax exemptions AND/OR apply for Semah procurement, click here to SET UP AN ACCOUNT. Please follow the instructions, check the appropriate boxes, and click the "submit" button when complete.
You do not have to apply again if you have already applied. This information remains permanently on your account.
You will receive an automated email confirmation when the application is submitted and approved. If applicable, you will be able to add Semah to your cart after you receive this email. It usually only takes If it later appears you have provided false information, your application will be rejected and your order will be cancelled.
If you have received confirmation but your account is still not giving you the permissions, try applying again, or email service@tltp.ca.
*Purchasing Agents are not required to provide ID. They only need to provide proof (such as an email address containing the organization's domain name) that they are working on behalf of the organization.
If you are a Purchasing Agent, the following does not apply:
Customers do not have to have a Status Card to apply for Semah approval, but you will have to submit ID to show proof of age. Be sure to read the details in the application response e-mails.
Make sure that the default address in your account matches your ID. You can add more addresses later while logged into your account, but the default address must always match your ID.
TROUBLESHOOTING:
If you have applied to the application(s) and have received an approval email, but are still having difficulty logging in, did not receive an account activation email, or adding Semah to your cart please contact us at service@tltp.ca to let us know.
