Account/Semah/Band Card
To register your Status Card for tax exemptions or apply for Semah procurement, start by clicking here SET UP AN ACCOUNT. Please follow the instructions and check the appropriate boxes, and click the "submit" button when finished.
*Make sure that the default address in your account matches your ID, or shipping and/or billing address if you are a purchasing agent. You can add more addresses later while logged into your account, but the default address must always match your ID if you are not a purchasing agent.
This information is permanent. You do not have to apply again for Semah and tax exemption if you have already applied. If your account shows that you do not have any permissions, please apply again or email us at service@tltp.ca to speak with us.
You will receive an automated email confirmation when the application is submitted and approved. You will be able to add Semah to your cart if you have been pre-approved or approved. If your application is rejected, your order will be cancelled and refunded. Please note that we can only ship Semah to a registered Ontario addresses.
You do not have to have a Status Card to apply for Semah approval, but you will have to submit ID if you are not a purchasing agent. Be sure to read the details in the application response e-mails.
TROUBLESHOOTING:
If you have applied to the application(s) and have received an approval email, but are still having difficulty logging in, did not receive an account activation email, or adding Semah to your cart please contact us at service@tltp.ca to let us know.
