Account/Semah/Band Card

To register your band card for tax exemptions or enable Semah procurement, start by clicking here SET UP AN ACCOUNT, follow the instructions to check the appropriate boxes, and click the "submit" button.

*Make sure that the default address in your account matches your ID. You can add more addresses later but the default address must always match your ID. 

This information is permanent. You do not have to come back and do it again. If you already have an account that does not have any permissions, you can come back and add them at any time.

You will receive an automated email confirmation if your application was processed correctly. At that point, you will be able to add Semah to your cart and continue to process your order. If your application gets rejected, your order will be cancelled and refunded. Note that we can only ship Semah to Ontario addresses at this time. 

You do not have to have a band card to request Semah permissions, but you will have to submit ID if you are not a purchasing agent. Be sure to read the details in your final confirmation e-mail. 

TROUBLESHOOTING:

If you have submitted the form and have received an email responder, but are still having difficulty adding Semah to your cart, try logging out, clear your browser's cache, then log in again. If it still isn't working, try repeating the steps above. If all else fails, PLEASE let us know. This process is still under construction and we are still working out the kinks to make this as seamless as possible. Miigwetch for your patience and cooperation!
