Unpaid Orders

If your unpaid order remains here for over 30 days without any communication from you, it will be cancelled. We will not be able to hold your prices. If prices go up in the meantime, and you place the order again, you will have to pay the newer price.

Out Of Stock Items

Occasionally we may run out of stock an item and will issue a “Temporarily Out Of Stock” notice on the web site and on your invoice. You will not be charged for any out of stock items.

If an item is out of stock but is not noted on the website at the time your order is processed, your account will be credited when the invoice reaches the shipping department and you will be notified. If your order is received with any notable shortages which have not been credited, please contact customer service immediately.

Unfortunately, we cannot hold a price on a back-ordered item that is out of stock. Our prices are subject to change as new stock comes in.

Discrepancies, Shortages and Returns

Our guarantee to you… If for any reason you are unhappy with the products you received, please send them back within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (minus shipping fees, unless we made an error). 

All discrepancies, shortages, broken merchandise and any requests for returns must be made within 30 days of the issued invoice date. 

Returns

Please call customer service at 613-256-9229 with your order number before returning anything.

When making returns, please provide an explanation for the reason for return. This helps us to better understand our customers needs and assists in the development of better products.

Please note, we are unable to accept returns for international orders, and there are no returns on materials that you have mixed or blended together with other ingredients. This contaminates the raw product and makes it unusable to us.

All shipping charges incurred for the return or exchange of merchandise are the sole responsibility of the customer, unless the return is the result of an error on our part.
